“House’s hotwired poetry evokes a liminal world of damaged souls locked in a struggle between pleasure and survival, hedonism and desperation… It’s lurid and confronting, ultimately touching theatre populated by sex workers and drunks, violent drug addicts and battered youth, anonymous gay liaisons and underground ice parties.” – Cameron Woodhead, The Age
